Shipping Policy
- Fulfillment
- We want your customers to absolutely love your cosmetics and receive them as quickly as possible. You'll receive tracking numbers for all orders, and can expect that products with brand new designs will take longer to create.
- Delays
- An order may be put on hold if the shipping is incorrect or your design doesn't meet our minimum quality standards. viaGlamour will only communicate through email when an order requires your attention.
- Exchanges
- viaGlamour can't accept returns of used cosmetics because hygenic items are unsafe to handle. If there are problems with an order or product viaGlamour's staff will issue product replacements instead.
Lost Shipments Policy
You can add this to your store.
- Eligibility
- Return services are only provided for USPS, UPS, and Canada Post carriers.
- Return Fees
- If a package is returned back to viaGlamour because of an incorrect address your account will be billed the full cost of the return shipping and second delivery attempt.
- US Addresses
- You can provide viaGlamour your own business address (US only) if you prefer to collect your own returns and handle reshipments of orders yourself.
